Home blood pressure monitoring with Braun ExactFit 3
Braun ExactFit 3 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor with a large, backlit display. It shows systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as pulse, and the color-coded guidance makes the results easier to interpret.
During measurement, the monitor can detect irregular heartbeats. The averaging function calculates the average of the three most recent measurements of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse.
Two cuffs for different arm circumferences
The package contains two cuffs:
S/M: 22–32 cm arm circumference
L/XL: 32–42 cm arm circumference
The correct cuff size is important for accurate measurement. Gentle inflation technology adjusts the pressure during measurement for greater comfort.
Memory for two users
Two people can use the monitor, and it stores up to 40 measurements per user. Previous readings can be viewed directly on the device.
The readings can be entered manually into the Braun Healthy Heart app. ExactFit 3 does not have Bluetooth and therefore does not send results automatically to the phone.

Use
Select the cuff that matches your arm circumference and place it on your upper arm according to the instructions. Sit still and relaxed, and start the measurement using the start button.
For comparable readings, Braun recommends, among other things, measuring at the same time of day and under similar conditions. Do not measure within 30 minutes of smoking, drinking coffee or tea, or engaging in physical activity.
