Connected blood pressure monitoring at home
Braun ExactFit 5 Connect is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor that combines simple measurement with convenient tracking of your readings. The large, backlit display shows systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as pulse.
The color-coded guidance makes the results easier to interpret and is based, according to Braun, on the World Health Organization's guidelines. The monitor can also detect irregular heartbeats. If repeated measurements show irregular heartbeats, Braun recommends that you contact a healthcare professional.
Sync with Braun Healthy Heart
Via Bluetooth, ExactFit 5 Connect syncs with the Braun Healthy Heart app, where you can save your readings and track your progress over time. According to Braun, the results can also be shared with a doctor via the app.
The monitor itself has memory for two users, with up to 60 measurements per user. The app provides a more comprehensive history.
Two cuff sizes
The monitor comes with two cuffs, S/M and L/XL, so you can choose the one that fits your arm best. Braun highlights the importance of a proper fit for both comfort and accuracy.
The soft inflation technology measures blood pressure while the cuff inflates and stops tightening when the reading is complete. The cuff then deflates quickly - designed for a more comfortable measurement.
Average of the latest measurements
The advanced averaging function calculates an average of the three most recent readings, providing another way to track your blood pressure over time.

Use
Choose the cuff that fits your arm and place it on your upper arm according to the enclosed user manual.
