Soft gel core for more comfortable steps

The inserts are made of soft silicone gel with an extra-soft blue core in the middle. When the heel hits the ground, the core springs back and cushions the impact, providing a softer feel for those who stand and walk a lot - at home, at work, or out for a walk.

The contoured shape keeps the insert in place, and the transparent material is barely visible - even in more open shoes. The inserts fit sneakers, walking shoes, work shoes, and most everyday shoes.

Use

Place one insert in each shoe with the blue core directly under the heel. Choose S (35–40) or L (41–46) based on your shoe size. The inserts can be moved between shoes and replaced when they become worn.
